Innovation Accelerator

My name is Lynn McDonald and I love to explore the intersections between technology, storytelling, innovation and organizational development.  I believe that organizations can improve with creativity, connectivity and a serious sense of fun.  I currently work at the Monterey Institute of International Studies as the innovation accelerator.  This position has given me the opportunity to stay on top of current tech trends, work with new management models, explore new communication strategies and create a learning community.  This fellowship was created from my Master’s thesis on a culture of innovation and will be ending soon, opening me up to new opportunities and experiences.
