Participated and analyzed technology information for a global jam on non-profit innovation that included more than 200 participants from all over the world to identify technology trends in organizational development

Managed enrollment and pre program preparation for approximately 150 college students per semester studying in Europe and the Middle East
Coordinated program logistics such as maintenance of the program website, visa applications, and management of the information flow between programs abroad and Brattleboro office which ensured a high quality experience for students, faculty and parents
Managed a 24-hour on-call system that maintained a healthy record or safety and security during times of international crisis
Nominated to serve on a campus wide committee focused on human resource management for all of World Learning
Served as acting Director of Admissions for three months during 2005-2006

Led a group of 17 high school students on a five-week cultural program in Botswana, which included student safety, logistical coordination, group facilitation, and budget management
